Aw, stuff it. I'll play along this year. I've got an empty date on Hallowe'en in the calendar so I can slip a picture up on the Monday. It will be earlier than probably all of you by about 16 hours, but it will technically be Hallowe'en here then, even if it isn't a major event down here.

Pair me up, I've got enough buffer now to give me time to draw something up.

Soooo, I understand it, once I throw my hat into the ring, I get paired up with someone else whereupon I draw their characters with whatever clothes or accessories my characters normally wear? Is that correct?

The other way around. You draw your characters wearing the clothes/accessories of their characters. They'd do what you described.
