Lag, you are a legend.

BTW, this is PicklingJeff, whom I dragged along, in case you were wondering, and that isn't Gort, it's someone else whom I dragged along called Kitcatt.

Fixed and fixed! Most thank-you!

Also: If you hit the little Magnifying glass "ALL SIZES" button you get to hotlink to different sizes and get an address, like so:

http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id ... 4080758012

Here's the Comic Gensis table - Click for UBER 1152 x 1728 SIZE - the camera actually outputs double, but uploading that big is just ridiculous ^_^

Now this is a statement to be taken out of context.

That's shooting at 1/60s! Also, you wouldn't believe how long it takes to get focus on my camera without any assists >.< I swear he waved like that for a good minute just to make sure.

I am assimilating all the photos to one location - and not killing anyone's bandwidth; Hot link all you want! Hurrah!
Awesome :D. Finally some new photos to add to my "War blackmail" folder.

Heh... Neko, you are joking aren't you? I'm shooting at 88mm - most Digital Cameras sort of up the focal length by 1.6 times, hence my lovely 55mm normal focal length lens becomes a rather tricky 88mm portraiture lens. Humbug.

This week I get my Katz-Eyes, next month I get a real wide angle lens!

WOOO MORE PICTURES! ... I have astonishingly bad hair .__.

Damn, I manage to uglify any picture I'm in! :o
The con was a lot of fun, much less scary than I thought it'd be, I'm looking forward to next year now.

Just seein' everyone's pictures is making me wish I coulda dragged me and Shannon up there to goof around with you guys, man.

Oddly, I have that irrational scary feeling about meeting anyone outside the forum too. :ick:

Okay, I amend that. Meeting anyone outside my HOUSE gives me that feeling.

Looks like good times. What kind of camera is that you've got there, Lag?

I know, I'm just complaining about how my camera can't have extra lenses, nor does it have any ability to have depth of field. Or if it does, it's hidden behind a wall of incomprehensible menus. Damn you, Nikon! Damn, you and your inability to make a simple histogram or s-curve adjustments on the back of your cameras!

Oh my, someone's asking me about cameras, somebody stop me! Ack!

Canon 350D digital SLR bastardised with a lens adaptor to hold an ancient 1967 Nikkor f1.2 55mm lens. It is quite formidable; only, alas, completely manual.

In the old days we had split fields and microprsyms, but these days we get clear screens and just use auto focus, they're not built for manual. On modern clear screens your eye just compensates if the lens is out of focus. I ended up mostly guessing focus from the distance gauge written on the rings...

Okay! Not much more photography I hope? Time to upload sketches methinks.

If you can shoot someone with it, Lag knows all about it.
