Spoder_man is a he. He's college aged at least. and he's a horribly uncreative attention whore. (IE, he posted his phone number on IRC and continually repeated the same Spiderman jokes for several hours. War banned him what, three times? He just came back and did it again.)

This scenario sounds awfully familiar. My guess is he had one or two friend of his sitting next to him going "Oh man, you are totally pissing these guys off! Do it again this is hilarious." A friend of mine once did something similar on PSO. $10 says it wasn't his phone number he was posting, it was the phone number of the guy in the back of the room telling them to knock it off (me).

nah he posted it after Faub did a search for his phone number... or something... I didn't really get the gist of it myself...

He claimed to have a secret identity and included his real name in his IRC info. I threatened to track him down and finally did it. (what can I say? I'm evil.) The info I found had the wrong phone number so he posted his real one and got miffed when nobody called.
