My herniated disc hurts again and my hip is messed up, so I have to stop working out for a while again. Also, the Blackhawks got killed by the Capitals today 6-2. Oh well, it's just preseason and Chicago is experimenting with line combinations and several AHL players to see who will make the final cut before the real season starts. But getting killed still sucks for morale.

The Hobby Lobby here just got a whole bunch of artist trading cards for different medias. I bought a pack of bristol as well as a bunch of travel art stuff along with supplies to make some sketchbooks. And I bought a purse big enough to carry it all. I'm sick of being bored when I'm out with nothing to do.

FOB Garry Owen sucks, and I feel sorry for every person stationed there. They need to close that place and now.
My convoy got shot at. I didn't get shot at, my Soldiers didn't get shot at, no one got hurt, but there was small arms fire and it was surreal because of reasons I can't reveal.
I fucking HATE this preoccupation with my company's containers. I'm the manager of 23 shipping containers (now 22), and I've had 3 audits so far in this month with ANOTHER coming very soon. Also, my boss got blasted from higher for not turning stuff in when the deadline hasn't elapsed. They need to get a fucking grip because I have about 8 jobs, all but one of which are ADDITIONAL duties. My primary one involves the management and leadership of my platoon of Soldiers. Your fucking containers can wait until I have done my job with them, and even then you get to share my attention with the other multitude of jobs I perform in my spare time. I get the reasoning for all of this, but they are going about this the WRONG fucking way and I am either going to lose my mind or my patience if it keeps up.

someone stole all of my fine art paper out of my cubby in the studio. Thing is they would have had to dug through my cubby to get it so it had to be deliberate. All of it is no longer available in the area and all of it had a specific role in my senior project.....
