You mean a webcomic laid out like google earth? Then you can get the wii board and surf through your webcomic!
And actually... thats easier to do then you think.
I think I've been foiled by Buster. Mind you, when you get to something like that, you end up with something that's closer to a web-app than a webcomic. I remember my Genetics lecturer proposing to do something similar with DNA molecules, so you could literally find the "story" of genetic information and gene interactions.

This 'originality' stuff is pretty cool!
