Got the first art for KeenSwim! And also, a good suggestion from Dirty Piece of Skunk:

We could start off KeenSwim on July 1st, and I'd still keep accepting submissions until the end of the month, but there would be pictures up for your viewing pleasure sooner (assuming people send them in before the 1st- I have a bunch I can do as well, but I don't want it to be just me.)

Thoughts? July 1 vs. August 1?

Awesome. I also like that idea, actually. As a lot of the time people see when something goes up and then remember "Hocrap! I was gonna draw for that!"

are you using the same site "keenswim.comicgenesis.com" and the same name keenswim?

just curious, the original was before the whole name domain name change so maybe a new name would be better?

this discussion was had last year as well. i think it wasj ust decided that keenswim is keenswim and has always been keenswim. *shrugs*

I am keeping it keenswim, because that space already exists for me to tweedle and mod, also- then is corresponds to the keenlace and keen based roots of comicgenesis. So- yes. It stays.

Besides, KeenSwim sounds better than any portmanteau that might conceivably be created using ComicGenesis.

I'll get some done as soon as I can think of a way to get my medieval characters into contemporary swimsuits. I've done it before, just don't want to do it the same way twice.
