I don't know if he really counts, but I couldn't resist. Photo actually taken by myself at Origins in 2002.

I'm sorry, the allure of doing this was too strong.

I took the liberty of making a few corrections.
RPin's card front entry has been fixed up a bit to look more uniform and Van Douchebag's entry has been made compliant with the no-drawings rule (as well as adjusted for proper size.

He looks different than when I met him at Egyptian Campaign a couple years ago. Maybe it's the suit and the awards....

I can see it now... Tentacle Rape Vibrators and Baka Baka Lube.
Nah, they don't really have Gabe plush toys. Be funny as hell if there were though.
Or hell, just PA toys flat out made by the same guys who did the Clerks and Mallrats toys.

I just set it to white as background in PSP and then past it overtop of the image as a transpearent layer.
But there we go. I made the background transpearent.
I think I'll make a special section on my site for these when we're done so it'll have links to the pages of the artists who made the cards and links to the pages of the artist featured in the card.

Now off on my mad scavanger hunt to find more photos of webcomic artists. Good thing so many of us go to conventions, eh?

I too have to partake in this once I get home... It's too fun of a project to avoid.

You can still do him (I can't stop giggling when I say that though). It's the back of the card where the fun comes from. Besides you might be able to find a different picture of Ian out there on the internet to use as the card front.

Here we go... always has been... probably always will be... one of my favorites:
Ancient relic of a by-gone era.

I'll be watching this thread, if only to see what all these infamous webcomic artists actually look like.

I wonder how many artists are watching this thread to make sure that no one has any photos of them online. Some of them will even request that their pictures be pixelated out...

It's a good thing I suffer from a rare disease that makes my face all pixelated whenever anyone takes a picture of me.

Yeah, I wonder how far we can go without going too far.
