[KEEN] Suggestions about the forum, anyone?

Yes, I'll cast my vote for:

Avatars:60x60 remote linkable ones, not just stock ones. This will relieve some of the storage burdon on Keen.
User Ranks: Would be nice too if moderators can create their own custom ranks for their boards.
Custom Board Colours: Modifiable by moderator so we can tweek them ourselves instead of waiting for someone at keen to do it for us.
Custom Board Logo: One that links to comic not forum index (likewise modifiable by moderator).
Polls: Moderator can set rank level for ability to post polls.
Sticky Posts: Moderator only.
View Sig Graphics: Each user can toggle this option.

I like all of the above, but I think the avatars should also be togglable, while theses forums are way faster than the old, I'm having a few hicups on my free dial-up connection. (hey, I'm a student

)

I would like to see rankings, for it would be REALLY nice to know who's a wrangler and such, and avatars would be nice, but not necessary.

Just please don't allow signature tags. I've seen way, way too many people abuse them badly. If you could allow for customizable avatars it should be enough.

Definately an improvment already but would like to see:

Avatars ( as stated, 64x64pxls in size would be cool. ) prefereably customizable so we could add our own. ^_^
Ranks ( as stated by others )
Any and all customizability is appeciated.
Turning graphic sigs on and off ( or just images in general ) in the user options is a good idea.

I think giving individual forums to inviduals ON their page and not on the main directory is a ROCKING idea. ( I HATE waiting like 3 - 5 minutes for the whole list to load on my crappy dialup just to check the general forum..) OR if that's not possible how about a 'subscription' option to work with a cookie maybe so that it only displays the forums that you want to visit and doesn't load all the rest. This could be something you could set in your user options. Just a thought.

I'd like to have a link on the bottom of every thread to take you back out to the list of topics. Or, to accomplish the same thing, you could make the "hop to" dropdown default to the forum you're in, like it does in UBB.

I agree with Sylvan, and I also think that maybe the comic forums could be listed alphabetically, because i found myself having to use a "find" box to find comics. Although I guess that would make comics starting in #s and A an advantage. It would still be better, in my not quite humble opinion.

Custom Ranking: NO!
I think the keen admin should be able to +++RED LIGHT+++ a topic.

Also a limit on Size should be placed on sig pics.

the biggest change I would like to see is get rid of the black background. Almost no nice looking websites have black backgrounds. the black just makes it look goofy.
