i work kind of fast so the fast drying never bothered me, plus i'm stingy with the paint so I don't lose much to drying. With oils I hate using paint thiner and liquin, it's so messy and smells bad. I'm not patient so waiting for the oils to set is agravating. but I love how Oils blend and move around on the canvas. I suppose its personal preferences.

I've been threatening to do this for AGES:

I may have to stick a Companion Cube in my comic somewhere, just for the lulz. Image

I felt like drawing something evil for some reason. So this is Grendel, probably the scariest thing in the first arc of my comic (which also contains fast strong cannibal zombies.)

yeah the liquin stuff helps the drying time, but I hated the mineral spirits. they tasted so bad and gave me a terrible hang over. now you make me want to paint again.

Never trust cats. Dogs are ok though. Birds I'm pretty undecided about, but dogs are cool.

This is another drawing I did about ten years ago. Not really sure why. Something about an orc with a bow in her hair made me snicker...

At least you got school! Once work starts, time for drawing becomes even less available...

Luckily I work in a drawing environment!

Not if I let Boss draw on me too. Then it's only fair.
