Re: How are you doing, comic-wise?
I felt like I accomplished so much today, but when I turned to check off on my to-do list, I was quite disappointed

Re: How are you doing, comic-wise?
The stuff you do with Sketchup is neat. I tried playing around with it, but having already learned Maya I found it too limiting for my tastes. I really need to brush up on my Maya again actually. I haven't used it as much now that I have a better grasp of perspective, but it's a useful tool. Lots of fun too, but really time-consuming, since I prefer model everything by hand as they have a very specific design.

Re: ...far greater horrors....
The funny thing is, my recent wave of productivity is inspired greatly by reading old threads making fun of CAD. I was doing some tedious bit of work and suddenly my mind started echoing "MORE EFFORT THAN BUCKLEY! MORE EFFORT THAN BUCKLEY! BETTER THAN BUCKLEY!"
Sometimes fear and one-upmanship is a better motivator than beauty

Whatever happened to The Mortician? He was gone before my time, but I always pictured that he was cute. but then I think everyone is cute

My layouts are all semi 2d so I don't really need to make them in anything other than inkscape. I've taken to designing entire rooms then using them like stage settings. At some point I might link them all together in a massive image of all the places they've been to.
Maybe a little.RobboAKAscooby wrote:Is it just me or does Joseph look like he's taking a fully clothed bath in that header?VeryCuddlyCornpone wrote:I actually finished the header for my page

Finished coloring the three pages for this week, and got tomorrows comic up early. Wednesday's page I thought was gonna look way shittier, and I suppose to real people that actually know how things work it's still pretty shitty, but I rather like the way it turned out after all so v:)v

Re: How are you doing, comic-wise?
Just boarded out the last few pages of the current chapter of Inhumation. Including the cover it will come to 71 pages when complete, making it 1 page longer than twice as long as my second longest chapter.
The comic will be 196 pages when it's done, meaning this one chapter will account for almost 40% of the entire comic.
It's a long freaking chapter, is what I'm saying.

I just heard that K-dawg is back in town
so this isn't about my comic so much as it is about K-dawg being back in town
