Halloween costume swap 2012

Post by [geoduck] »

At Halloween each year, I try to find someone to trade guest-art with, having our characters dress up as each other. If anyone is interested in doing it for 2012, drop me a line. If more than two of us get involved, I'll set up an exchange for everybody. Yes, this is over a month's warning, but these are web-cartoonists we're talking about.

OFFICIAL ASSIGNMENTS:

I decided to just pair folks up in the order they posted an interest and provided a usable link. Since that leaves an odd number of us, you last three get to do a round-robin thing. And yes, we all now face public shame and humiliation if we fail to post some material to this thread by October 31. If at that point anyone has been stiffed, I will try and crank out something for them.

I personally just do a shot of my characters wearing the other strip's costumes, but if you want to produce a multi-panel epic, feel free.

There's quite many options cast wise, from "the good guys" to the "bad guys" and the "I'm not sure who are these guys"

As long as I'm taking on more projects than I can handle, why not? I'd do so anyway. Count me in.

Sounds good.

For whoever gets my comic, I kinda stopped updating my site here at CG, so if you want to look at more recent pages you'll want http://loudera.smackjeeves.com.

This reminds me - I still need to lay a link from my site to yours...

Time's starting to run short!

I still have yet to start on my submission due to other stuff I had to get to first, but fortunately I still have a firewall. I'm taking this Friday and the following Monday off to work the house, but I could just as easily use any of those days (or days between) to work on this.

This year, I WILL be done on time! *takes defiant stance*
