By "desktop" do you mean "wallpaper" or do you mean "all the icons and everything"<P>For wallpaper I use STScl shots from the Hubble (currently a shot of NGC 3314 taken with the Wide Field Planetary Camera) -- nebulae, galactic spirals, exploding stars (Eta Carinae="wow") and the like. But my icons are boring. I'm trying to understand why anyone would find icons and window placement even remotely interesting.<P>------------------

Interesting (even tho' my desktop isn't <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif"> ) idea. Maybe people could have the characters of their comic on/in/interacting with the desktop, kinda' like Lazys' <A HREF="http://lazy.keenspace.com/glitch1.html" TARGET=_blank>Glitch</A> idea.<P>------------------
