Act now, and we'll sign them too. Collectors item, RARE, Limited Edition... etc

Emphasis on "MAY" as getting Paid Time Off approved and hearing back about it is like pulling teeth. What? I have supervisor? That's news to me!

BTW, unless space coyote seen pictures via someone else I'm not going to mention, she doesn't know what I look like any more than I know what she looks like.

I'll just wait until someone posts them on the 'Net.
Faith is what credulity becomes when it finally achieves escape velocity from the constraints of terrestrial discourse- reasonableness, internal coherence, civility, and candor. Thus, the men who commited the atrocities of September 11 were neither cowards nor lunatics of any sort, but Men of Faith- perfect faith- and this, it must finally be acknowleged, is a terrible thing to be.

Besides, you have some of the best artwork on Keenspace. People will be able to identify you with that as easily as they would seeing your face.
Wow, that's the most positive spin on my stubborness I've heard. Thanks.

Hmmm, let's see... I've been reluctant about showing people online what I look like ever since I got online (7-8 years ago!). My policy used to be, "I'll show you my pic if we've been good friends for a decent amount of time, OR if you show me yours." I then changed that to, "I'll show you my pic ONLY if you show me yours." And now, it's "You don't get to see what I look like unless you see me in person." So, many of my online friends don't know what I look like. Mwaha. But hey, a few of them are equally as shy as I am, and we respect each other's wishes to not be seen.

One of my closest online friends, who I met in real life 2 years ago, recently requested more current pictures of me. I said, "Okay, but you have to show recent pictures of yourself!" And she did, and when I saw how pretty she is, I wussed out and couldn't show her my pictures. Blah. There are equally pretty girls here in this forum, so there's no way I could show myself.

Being this insecure really sucks. I know how dumb it is, but I can't help it. There are days when I don't want to leave the house.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, I really envy people who have no problem with showing their face online, whether it be publically or privately. I just want to not care how others may judge me. Then again, even if I WAS more self-confident, I may not want to show a picture of myself. I'm just as stubborn about revealing my real name. Online, when people think of me, I want them to think of the name "space coyote" and my art, not my real name and face. Those are reserved for real life.

Aaaand look at me ramble. THIS IS NOT LIVEJOURNAL, SPACIE. GO CRY ABOUT IT IN YOUR LIVEJOURNAL

Kisai and I may be meeting in real life this month. Currently taking pic requests for hot hot cat girl x coyote girl action.
This is the first community I've ever posted my picture in. Other than this I've shown my picture to maybe *counts briefly* three people online, ever(and not this one either, I'm pretty sure the one I showed was from evil pagent I was in).
I met and moved in with my boyfriend the first day we met offline having never shared pictures with each other because I was tweaky about showing my picture to anyone.
< Has no self esteem.
However since he has a couple of pictures of me on his computer he sees nothing wrong with showing them off. And I wasn't worried about posting it here, after all nothing could be worse than my mom X/

Ok, the point is I respect ya for not showing it. After all there are lots of creepy stalker people out there.

Oh I'm not showing my pictures, nor revealing my name.

But it's not self esteem, I think.
Call me paranoid, but if there is going to be any stalking involving me and my comics it will start with me trying to pick a girl with "Hey baby, wanna star in my webcomic?".

Any chance of stalking starting with a girl saying "Hey baby, I wanna star in your webcomic!" or worse, a guy saying "Hey you, my girl says she wants to star in your webcomic" is a risk I'm not willing to take.

Of course what he isn't telling you is he gets ass by telling fangirls at conventions that he is Fred Gallagher.

I met Fred Gallagher at Sakura-con this year, and I have to say, he looks much better in person. Then again, most people aren't very photogenic.

Oh, and he was sporting that new goatee of his. He looks better with one.

Goatees are very handy when you've got a pudgy face. They give the illusion of length to the face making it look slimmer and hide the extra chin.

They also make you look evil and chicks dig evil.
