Surprisingly I've gotten less spam mail since this virus started to spread.

It might be spam but it has a sort of class to it, whoever wrote it took the trouble to be articulate and fairly detailed (if not believable) and took the time to write out a kind of story rather than just get straight to the point. Compared to the people who send spams with headings like "I lKe Mink PrON" or something this is something of a work of art, although still undeniably evil.
NJ is also Orion's fiance of sexy passion with the love of a thousand sea monkeys

Don't run your own business then. I get nearly six hundred spam emails a day. Thank you Mailwasher. Gak.

Denial is not falsification. You can't avoid a fact just because you don't like it.

A spam I got inspired a strip of mine that will go up on Saturday, assuming that Keenspace gets their current melt-down sorted out.

There's a difference Orion.
Common spam's purpose is to have you visit some kind of website while, these mail try to involve you ins some kind of businness wich result in a fraud.
The only cool thing about most of this "spam" is that it makes you believe to deal with currupted politicians or scums of that sort. So who accepts the offer is just a greedy bastard with no moral code who, IMHO, deserves to lose money.

People have been lured to foreign countries and robbed, kidnapped or killed over those e-mails. The US embassy in Nigeria has a whole routine for bailing out suckers who've gone over there to help whatever official or relative of a dead official is asking for help moving huge sums of cash.

When you get your first one you stare for awhile and wonder if it's true... but after twenty or so, it's kinda sick.
