Pfft
Come on, guys... I can see I'm not the only one that pulled their list out of their hindquarters. There are really great comics on KeenSpace that haven't even been mentioned yet, and instead, people are posting Sprite comics and glorified Sprite comics. If this is the creme of KeenSpace's crop, it's no wonder KeenSpot is considered head and shoulders above us.

Or the premise to one of the funniest Seinfeld episodes that hasn't been written.indybuda wrote:If the Polygon Reports counts then I need to change my list lest I become the shittiest boyfriend ever.

So if they like sprites, hey, they like sprites. It's their decision, and sprite comics CAN be good...if handled right.
There are some sprite comics that are head and shoulders above some of the stuff on Keenspot right now, if you check.

Awwww. *hugs* S'okay. But I wondered about that, too.indybuda wrote:*ahem*

Anyway, I officially propose that my comic DOES count, because I technically DO have a keen account, I just haven't been able to use it in... ever. Yeah.
My keen faves:
(IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER)

Yeah, I know, I forgot a lot of the good ones, too. Sorry!

Holy Fucking Asscrap!
I forgot about PSC! I am so stupid.
Replacify Annie with PSC.
Sorry N8, but theres far too much phantasy star online sketches instead of comics.
And PSC has more mad passionate sex.
Now that I've irritated at least two people, my work here is done ^_^

Re: Pfft
While I'd definitely put some Sprite comics above a say, "Text Comic" (ie Everything Jake - KeenSpot), I do not think that there is room in the top 45 of KeenSpace for a sprite comic. I would expect the top 45 of the thousands of sites in KeenSpace to be better than the top 10 of KeenSpot, just by percentages, or at least better than the bottom 35 of KeenSpot.Actually, it comes down to personal preference.

What I'm saying is, if each person on this list were required to look at every comic in KeenSpace over 20 pages long, their votes would probably change dramatically.

Examples are always nice, if you know some good ones we're not finding I'm all for checking them out.Come on, guys... I can see I'm not the only one that pulled their list out of their hindquarters. And as far as a premise for a good Seinfeld the never did: Slow walkers. You know when you're walking and people (plural or singular) take up the sidewalk in front of you but go twice as slow? I can't stand it! And then after you navigate around you get to a stoplight and they catch up and get in front again! AAARGH!! Course I'm 6'4 so I take big strides and maybe that's just me. Still you better believe you'll see a COS about that someday!

Yes, there are a few, actually...examples coming when I can afford to surf a bit more...at work right now, sadly.

An excellent point. Yes, most of the list here seems to be all the people celebrating each other's comics. That's good, the community needs to form, and these forums are a good way to do so.The Elven wrote:if each person on this list were required to look at every comic in KeenSpace over 20 pages long, their votes would probably change dramatically.
But at least once a week, everyone needs to pick one comic out of the Guide at random (ok, almost random, pick one with at least 20 comics) and read the whole thing. (some exceptions can be made if there are over 700 strips...
There are gems out there that never post in here.
