The graphics were really freaking awsome. Needless to say everyone though that is what the new Zelda game would be like.

Instead we get kiddie-Link drawn in a cross between Dodo The Kid From Outer Space and South Park style.

All I can say is they better make a kickass Zelda game with Adult Link or I'm going to be pissed.
Well, the adult Link model is going to be used in the GC port of Soul Calibur 2. I've personally heard enough complaints about "Celda" to really care about what other people think. I'm going to get it, hopefully with the extra disk including Ocarina of time and (more importantly) Ura Zelda, and I'm most likely going to enjoy the hell out of it.

saganaki wrote:*shrug* There's also Animal Crossing, which will make the purchase worth it (at least, it did for me), plus the version of Soul Calibur 2 with Link in it...

And Metroid Prime... ye gods, it is good...
Animal Crossing is so addictive... that game needs to die before it kills me.

Now, I must go shoveling for bells. Pardon me.

Actually, pre-order your copy of Zelda: WindWalker and you'll get a FREE re-done version of Ocarina of Time with those awesome, GameCube, non-cel graphics you were hoping for. Take it from the guy who works in a Toy Store. Supplies are limited, though, so act now!

It's redone? I knew that not...

And yeah, Animal crossing has swallowed my soul... I finally caught my first stringfish last night...

I only actually started playing it around the beginning of this month... I only just recently got myself a gamecube, so, you know...

But yeah, it eats up an hour or two a day...

And Yanagi, I'd hate to see the weeds that would have cropped up in your town

LOZ:OOT was awsome! I loved that game. Majora's Mask was actually a big let down. No adult Link, but most importantly I just couldn't give two shits about any character in the game. None of them mattered to me. It didn't matter what I did for them, the next time I saved the game it would all be undone. I stopped playing partway through the water temple. Got sick and tired of trying to kill that fucking frog.

I have Seasons on the Gameboy but I haven't finished it. Haven't played it in awhile. Keep meaning to but I'm too busy for games lately.

I've admittedly never actually finished a Legend of Zelda game, though I've played all of them. I generally get to where it starts to get hard, and then get distracted by something else and don't play it for a while. Then I pick the game back up, don't remember what it is I was supposed to be doing, wander around the countryside aimlessly for 15 minutes, and then promptly give up. Once every few months or so (or maybe longer) I'll pick the game back up, and wander around again. This cycle shall likely continue until I either somehow beat one of the games or die. Probably the latter.

I actually bought my GameCube solely to pick up my old Phantasy Star Online habit that I got from my Dreamcast. I like it best solo, but if I go online you may never see me again. :o

Video games, eh? ...Hm, I wish I had time for those things again...actually...no, I don't. I really don't. What a waste of my time! I'd much rather be sleeping or writing. Bleh.

I haven't been bothering with it much 'cuz the admin page isn't working, so I figured, no updates for me, but I checked anyhoo, and my update is up and going! YAYAYAYAYAY!

I didn't realize PSO could be played offline. I'd like to get the game but I don't want to buy a game for $80 Cnd and then have to pay $10/month just to play it.

There's a few things you can only do online, but on the Cube you can even play split-screen now.
