What's up with the forums?

Post by FredM »

It seems like quite a few names are completely unable to post here. I'm running a little experiment to see if it's a computer thing, or if its targeting specific screen names. Anyhoo, every time I've tried to post with my regular screen name (JasterW) over the last week or so, I've gotten the message "You cannot post so soon after your last post!" or something like that, so it seems as if I've somehow fallen into some spam filtering glitch. Razi and nd also seem to have disappeared, and I wouldn't be surprised if they're similarly effected. Anyone else falling between the cracks? Will this message even go through? For some reason, I doubt it.

And admins, any idea how to fix this?

Wow, it worked. Obviously, to keep posting here, all I have to do is abandon my old screen name... so much for ever reaching Commander status.

Yeah that was the same thing that happened to me. Bleh. Meanwhile this is the third time I've tried to register a new account. The activation e-mails were never sent though. Bleh. *crosses fingers and hits submit*

Well, gentlemen, it's obvious that our names were targeted specifically, in an attempt to silence us forever. But who would do such a thing, and why? And more importantly, how do we get revenge on them?

IT WAS A SECRET KEENSPACE POLICE. YOU ARE GUILTYU FOR A TERRIBLE CRIME BUT WE WON'T REVEAL WHAT, OR IT MIGHT JEOPARDIZE OUR ATTEMPT OF PUNISHING PEOPLE FOR CRIMES THAT THEY DON"T EVEN KNOW EXIST.
