Yes. Free. No hidden costs, gimmicks or scams. You dont pay a dime. Here's how and why:
Heavy Liquid Creations is an up and coming sculpture/modeling company specializing in action figures and model kits. But to get business we have to show that we can create a solid product. Now we could use our own designs and characters but we found ourselves spending to much time fine tuning and second guessing ourselves in the really early developmental phases. Therefore it was decided that we needed some sort of outside property to work from so as to concentrate on the sculpting and produciton. Obviously we cant use spiderman, batman or wolverine. Besides we want to create something as new and unique to set us apart from eveybody else. By drafting in an independent creator we get a taste of how the business will really work with the client having 100% approval, giving their critiques throughout the process. The entire creation of the figure will be documented on the forthcoming website where owndership and creation will be credited to you. Once the project is finished the original prototype and a "retail ready" version will be sent out to you for no cost whatsoever. All we ask in return is the use of your characters likenesses for our website to display the quality of our work and show what we started with and what the final product ended up to be. So if your interested or want more info contact us at Heavy_liquid_creations@yahoo.com if you want to submit your character to us, send us your designs and BRIEF story summary. We will get back to you a.s.a.p.
Thanks.
-Heavy Liquid Creations (aka Alan & Jeff) www.geocities.com/heavy_liquid_creations/Index.html

Honestly, when I read this, I pictured an action figure of Tom, and nearly died laughing. Huge hair... huge chin.... Good lord!
------------------

Articulated Action Figures. How much and what kind of articulation depends on what and who the figure is. Email us if your interested.

I gave it a try. Not that I'm expecting to win, or anything, but the sketch came out so nice. And just for the heck of it, you too can enjoy it at http://scumbunny.keenspace.com/d/20010829.html
------------------

I'm not sure what's wrong. I double checked both the email and site addresses as listed here and they both work fine for me.
