I'm not trying to defend Mr. Baranoff or anything, but I seem to recall him saying his "Tales of the Unrefined" books are porn, whereas Horndog is [arguably] not.

Although I could be wrong. This thread is rather long.

He did say that, but he also at other times said he didn't draw porn at all. He's not very consistent with his claims, except for the bit about him being awesome, popular, underground and the only person who is not a troll. Those bits are pretty consistent.

Either way, as someone who has moderated forums in the past and have had to deal with people like this, I do agree with the ban. While some of the forum regulars in this thread were no sweet angels themselves, this guy's conduct was totally uncalled for.

I really can't, under our current TOS. It is preserved, though. Neko can get in contact with me, and I'll pass some contact info for her lawyers to get the info from us through legal channels.

Edit: Emailed Neko my position, involving Kisai, Teri, and Chris. Better to have everyone on the same page, plus a court order for the info's release.

And I too can add a bunch of crap to TV Tropes on my own comics... except I don't... because it's in bad taste for the creator to do that.

That's how I knew about him from before. Run into a bunch of pages on wikis that suspiciously seemed like self-agrandizing. Though at the time seemed like something that any misguided publicity-starving webcomicker would do.

Not to mention that Roald Dahl kinda preempted him in The Vicar of Nibbleswicke.

So did Woody Allen in Sleeper.

BTW if any of you are into the music of Frank Zappa we would be more than happy to have you over there in our forums!

Zappa's good, depending on the album, he's made a lot of stuff and it's not all top. I'm quite fond of Captain Beefheart though.

I'd hate to know what he thinks was a good comic. Afterall, he thought Fritz the Cat was a brilliant animated movie, so good taste is already gone.
