Now let's elaborate on data a bit..
"Factual information, especially information organized for analysis or used to reason or make decisions."
Basically it needs to be factual and verifiable. Coming from a scientific background if I would have claimed something to be "2000 to 2500" I would have been required to provide the source of said claim. If I wouldn't have been able to provide it (i.e. "my computer doesn't do screenshots, you mainstream corporate funded fascist pig") then whatever the data was relevant for would become invalid. Like your claim.
You didn't show anything. You said you have the data, you have told us what you think the data is, you dismiss contrary data (henceforth: the counter on your page) to be false, while it provides a more solid foundation for any theory or conclusion.

You, my friend, are wrong. If you simply can't admit that then I'd suggest you stop digging.

Based upon OppernaR's screenshot, you have had 15,897 hits in a one year time period (being nice, giving you Sep 09-Nov 10). That is 1324 hits a month on average. You CLAIMED 1500-2000 hits a DAY. You are wrong. Your daily average is 43-44 hits a day.

I was in the 70 hits a day range when I updated my comic. This is from memory, so just like you I can't provide anything other than anecdotal evidence since I deleted my own sitemeter. Yet, with basic math from two pieces of HARD EVIDENCE (her screenshot and mine, of YOUR OWN COUNTER), my webcomic was more popular than yours.

If I were able to personally observe you engage in the act of breathing, invasive surgery would not be necessary. Since we CANNOT observe your claimed statistical data, it doesn't exist. Are you beginning to make the correlation now that "facts" require "observation"?

I make between $110,442-$110,444 dollars every year. Tell me, are these numbers "too specific" to have been made up? My numbers are not only MORE SPECIFIC than your numbers (you can't estimate any closer than the hundreds category with a variance of plus or minus 250 from the median, while I have a plus or minus variance of 1 from the median with an estimation down to the ones category)
