This gets its own thread

Because its quite possibly the best flash game ever. The full original Super Mario game, but, wait for it, with a whole bunch of classic characters. Want to play as Samus? Go right ahead. Link? Yours. Megaman? This shit is too easy.
Try it and fall in love

I heard about this! It looks super cool. I love the mario games, even though I suck at them. I wish they would release the third one for the DS. T__T

Yesterday I could hear my roommate playing this game in his room. I was all "Wait, is that the Contra music with Mario sound affects!? WTF!?!?"

It's just kind of strange how so many disparate communities are united by their love of Mario Bros and other NES games.

Perhaps this is destined to be like the Moon Landing, the Kennedy Assassination, or the September 11 Terror Attacks - you'll always remember where you were when you first heard about this game.

EDIT: Not 1 minute after posting this I checked another forum and found yet another link to this game. It's everywhere!

Got stuck on 2-2. Swore at my computer and turned on my NES to validate my manhood. Took about 5 minutes to get through 2-2 when I promptly turned off my Nintendo and went about my day.

The ironic part is that pointing out you've already seen something on the internet is just as widespread.

Omg, I stumbled on this game the other day. It's super fun! Link FTW!
I'm glad 90's style forum signatures don't exist anymore.

I first played the NES and Super Mario Bros in 3rd grade at the after school day care. That and duck hunt (it was the combination game cartridge) were the big games, followed by Metroid.
