How long are your chapters/seasons/volumes/whathaveyou?

I was aiming for about 50-70 episodes (strips) per chapter/season, but my first season has almost 30 episodes and I haven't really even gotten into the brunt of the storyline for this chapter. I guess it was partially expected, because the first arc had to introduce the main character, the idea and the direction of the comic and so forth, but hmm... I think I'm only about 1/3 in.

Hey tomorrow I will be halfway done with season one! Gee.

I was originally considering taking a break between seasons but I don't really want to take a hiatus. Instead I think I'll make a season 1.5, just three or four little pages. It'll be a little flashback filled with delightful childhood vignettes and be in grayscale.

Why am I telling you all this?

I don't know!

But anyway yeah, for some reason I feel weird about taking a hiatus. Especially so early in the life of the baby.

uuum, I know the first chapter is 24 pages long but after that I'm not sure. I guess i'll just go with 24+ *thumbsup*

I feel the same way! I just hit 30 episodes today, but I wanted to go back and fix some stuff up. Most importantly, I wanted to take a break and create some new characters to take the place of the Justice League of America at the beginning. It would take a couple of weeks, but I really don't want to take a break, ESPECIALLY, because I haven't even finished the first chapter yet! Blah! Guess I'll just work overtime ^^
