Lightbringer's Turning Two!

Well, my happy little superhero webcomic Lightbringer is about to hit the terrible twos in a week or so. Admittedly, the last year has shown a marked improvement in artwork and story but has also been plagued by hiatuses. I've been thinking about ways to fix that, including switching over to just posting once or twice a week (not a prospect I enjoy, but...). However, it can be stayed off a bit longer with a little help. ^_~

As such, I'm putting out a call for guest storylines or guest art! As per usual, I'd be more than happy to link to anyone who provided it while I work on completing the next storyline. ^_^ Also, while the birthday itself is on the 14th, the current storyline won't finish up until the 25th. As such, the deadline for any such artwork is then. Thanks for any help people can provide!

Congrats on the 2 year mark! That's awesome... I'll cruise through the archive and see if I have any ideas. But honestly, I'm just trying to graduate from college right now (I've got 3 weeks left) so I have no clue if I'll have time.

What sort of guest art or stories..like a one off or some such or a gag?

For guest art it can just be like any piece of fanart - a random character in a pose or a pin-up or even a joke and gag and whatnot. For example, Al Schroeder of Mind Mistress always has his character meeting up with the webcomic he's doing the fanart for and it ends in humor. Guest storylines are a little more complex, usually with one or more pages worth of comic going by however way the creator of said guest storyline wishes to do them. For example, I have two guest storylines from last year - one being a twelve-page comic done with Lightbringer fighting a supervillain they made up and the other being a humorous parody of Lightbringer called Lightbungler.

Congrats on two years. In such a short time it seems like LB has become pretty highly respected. It doesn't feel like it's only been 2 years. I could swear that LB has just always been part of my regular webcomic reads.

Has it been two years already? And, yes, Lightbringer is looking a LOT better than it used to- reminding me of the differences between Serge's early work and his today- just THAT much improvement.
