It sounds much better when we say we kicked him. Then we look all tough.

Cool. I don't think I could pull this off, but it'll be cool to watch each person get picked off one by one.

Drat it all.
Cuz it's a Cornstalker thing.

Yes, I know many participants are not Cornstalkers, but it wouldn't have killed them to post here during the submissions, would it?

Think about how many people are wanting to enter it now. Then think about how many would want to enter that have not yet said anything about it.

That would not only force the judges to make far stricter quality control rules but even then they'd end up with so many people few would be willing to take up the task of managing the website and making sure the comics all updated at their respective times.

In short, it would be utter chaos and would likely end in disaster, or at least in bad spirit. I think that it's best to keep the submissions to this kind of thing amongst a smaller group to avoid such problems.

Quite so!

I'm excited to be doing a new comic. Fresh new characters, new story, new site design. Ahh, does a body good. It also helps that I have a buffer to work with this time around, unlike the last grind. 's'why I bombed so quickly.

I just worry that I'll run out of the funny and be the first one out. That'd be more humiliation than I'd like.

You should do a new comic every week.
