as someone in chat said, it's the third panel that really clinches it.

Holy wow - I've survived
TWENTY DAYS ! Who knew an outdated reference to a childhood icon would coast me this far!?
It's me and Shishio now - in the ONLY battle today, portrayed in dramatic blacks & whites
Good luck, Shishio!

Bloody hell, it's a close one. When I left it was 22 to 21 in ThatGuy's favour. CLASH OF THE TITANS!

It seems the Admin is thinking about setting it up so that the comics are scheduled to battle each other based on age rather than luck of the draw. If you have an opinion on that, throw your two cents in at the
WCB Forum .

Fuck.
I figured this would happen.
Oh well, at least if I lose, it will, again, be to the top ranking strip on the site, so at least I can say I was beaten by the best.
Well, may the better strip win.

Nah...I think you've got it in the bag.
Mind you...thinking twice about submitting my next one after all right at the moment...if it's likely it's yours I'm going up against...

The God comic guy probably recruited all of his MySpace friends to vote all day or something. MySpace ruins everything.

Oh for the love of...
I finally put up a comic I think is decent and I'm paired up against the unbeatable That Guy.
What luck.
(I'm winning now, but honestly I don't expect it to last. That Guy's strip is just too awesome.)

I'm only like 3 votes ahead right now...
I like That Guy's strip, but I won't lie, it would feel damn good to be the one to take it out.
Plus I noticed the only other strips that were even remotely close to beating him are strips like the DnD one and Acid on a Plane, and those are in the Hall of Fame, not counting Lego's since it tied 0 to 0 (though that one is in the Hall too).
Not sure what I'm trying to say with that, except maybe I wish my strip had a chance to be seen a little more before facing the reigning champ.
