Why is this so controversial? If you're in you're in. If you're not, why care?

That sounds about right.

Which is why I probably keep coming back to this thread.

Well played.

If I've got a story planned out by March, I'm totally in.

I should state that I'm somewhat confused about the previous discussion. I'm not sure who claims what here so I'll just assert a few suggestions regardless of who agrees or disagrees.

1. It would be reasonable for everyone to have their goal set according to format/colour/usual speed of producing/whether it includes script or not. I assure you that I need no more than a week to batch out sixty pages but those pages won't be very good, plus I wouldn't expect anyone else to be able to do it. We all work in different gears.
2. This is all a nice idea and if Buster is not interested in spanning it to more participants (correct me if I'm wrong, but I got the impression that he wants to stick to original rules with the risk of very little people applying) then by all means, someone should do a hostile takeover because it's sad to waste such good idea by not letting it's wings spreas. I have a feeling that Buster wouldn't complain.
3. Looking at how much I write and how little I draw, I am more and more inclined to participate in this and finish some of my scripts. My goal would always be finishing a comic, though most of those scripts have way over 60 pages.
4. For the record, I didn't notice any egoism that Buster was accused of on his side. He seems to have planned this as a sort of his private comic event, like when I wanted to do that 24 min comic thing where I would draw 24 pages, one a minute. If someone has energy and enthusiasm to make it wider than a private comic event, he should go for it.
5. I postwhore less than all of you and I'm still top paprika.

I'm not making it an event or anything, but I have finished 25 comics in the last two weeks. Still two weeks until school; I want to get done as much as I can.

Well, if I were making it an event, it wouldn't be very fair to mention it halfway-through :P. Okay, I'll make it an event. It's called "Escushion, Get Your Ass in Gear or Else" Month. It's just for me!

Coincidentally, there'll be an unrelated event with the same name in May when I'm off from school for the summer and need to find a summer job. :P

The concept of school is the bane of my existance. So... I quit.

Then I got a job and now my life sucks. My comic needs to hurry up and make me some money so I can cut down to part time or I am going to take a gun to several of my coworkers. But, as this is me, it'll be a squirtgun, or, if I'm really mad, a bb gun.
