Why English?

what's up with that, anyway? It's always good to have a few extra punctuation types just in case you wanna bust it multi-lingual style.

I think, since this server is in the US, that it's yet another ploy from the Bush administration to take rights away from the american people. First the Patriot Act, then the "enemy combatant" thing, then taking away your right to go visit Cuba, and now you can't use non-english punctuations.

Yap, Canada is looking more and more interesting with each passing day. Specially with all them hawt ComGenners over there...
