Ok, this isn't Owlie fanart; but it's based on something I emailed Bob about, and something (I think)Dezro said. So I give to you: The first-ever Bob Scott and Mike Leffel fanart!

On a side note, I have no idea why Bob Scott is yelling TARMAC. Also the fanarts are all rather crappy; because I drew it on printer paper. I have a spiral-bound sketchbook and a giant sketchpad...But they don't really fit in the scanner.
Eehhhh...By the way. If you guys are always so busy, why don't you do a guest strip week or something for your comics? Does it annoy any of you when you come here and see that I've posted like, 5 times consecutively?
I'm sorry.
My late night party that is JUST ME, has nothing to do.
So I will enlighten you with a story:
One time this guy made this site that attacked some message board I went to a lot because it said the owner was a shemale or something like that. So all the fanboys of the owner(who was a girl), went and flooded his site with hatemail and stuff.
So he comes to the message board and posts:
"WHAT THE DUCK!!!!!!"
He had little knowledge of the English language(it was a Thai site), so he misspelled a lot of words.
WHAT THE DUCK became the new inside joke smash hit between a pal of mine, Galinstar, and me.
I even drew a picture of it for the old aaron.colond.org site(which of course is no more because AT&T sucks).
Anyway, it was great. Maybe one day I'll draw it again. "Owlie vs. the Thailand Duck". ....Probably not.

Anyway, I'm too lazy to post the entire thing but:
Phineas lived in the 1890s. He always wore his pyjama swimming trunks and rode his high-wheel bike whenever he went to his favorite swimming hole. Then one day he found a time machine and time-travelled around...time with his wise-cracking pal...I forgot the guy's name. So blah. That's all I remember.
