What exactly is fake snow? ^_^
Fake snow here styrofoam crushed into tiny bits, or those white party spray bottle thingies. Hmmmm... but then years back, they created this 'Winter Wonderland' and had crushed ice all over the floor. That was so weird, but it was a hit to everyone who'd never seen snow.

Well, I'm from SoCal and 60 is still a bit too chilly for most natives here to don shorts and T-shirts. So don't feel too badly. I have noted that folks transplanted from colder parts of the country seem to think that temps in the 60's are "warm" (compared to -20, I guess it would be). No snow here (just a little on the mountains). No fake snow either (just a little rain). Cheer up everyone, we're on the lee side of the Winter Solstice now, with spring just around the corner...

Lucky you. They don't allow dogs on most of the beaches here. The ones that do have a ton of restrictions (sorta like Singapore). People complain that it's unsanitary and the dogs bark too much. Well, at least most dog owners clean up after their pooches and any barking is normally drowned out by the noise from all of those boom boxes turned on full blast. I want to take Black Jack to the mountains to see if he likes the snow. I know that he likes getting wet and he certainly likes to cold too.
