Also, I was thinking about doing a compleate restart of the comic disreguarding all the other comics I've put up so far.
There's a lot of baggage that I'd like to get rid of writing wise, such as that whole "Mooki shooting out a field of super engergy" and would rather have him be more of just a childlike Rain Man-ish nut who refuses to be seen without his helmet. Also because I did a lot of writing on some comics on-the-spot I ended up sacrificing plot and character development for the sake of the punchline.

Go for the restart. My favorite comics are the early ones, with the childish Mooki, the offbeat humor, and the good punchlines. Don't bury everything in plot, because it gets hard to follow and a little dreary - you can pull it off if you have solidly developed characters and keep inserting humor, but by itself it's almost a novel, and doesn't quite fit a comic.

Actually it was some of the early ones I've been having a problem with too. I plan to write it more like one single story rather than induvidual comics with pacing, dialogue, and humer written more like issues of a comic book or episodes of a tv series. Trying to go for a punch line everytime or a quick gimmick was a hassle and made it hard to finish the different storys. It should be easier to follow this time because I wont start drawing until I finish writing the entire storyarch each time.
I've progressed a lot art wise and I want do focus more on developing my writing skills.
I want it to be more satisfying as a whole like "Faans" or "Jack". You'll probably enjoy the new comic more by checking up on it in batches.

I've been told my comic works better being read batches. Anywho, I say go for the changes. Sounds great. That and I've always been a fan of the "comic book" format, though I do not always follow it.
