Whooo, APE's a commin' (Alternative Press Expo) and that means a bunches of Independent and Small press comics folks are comin' to town. And that spells one thing for my friend James (owner and local wanna-be-drunk of the comic shop "Comics and Da-Kind")...BIG PARTY!<P>These comic shop parties have become quite the pumped up shindig for the 7 months that I've been a regular at that particular store. over 25 big time comics folks such as Brian Wood (Channel Zero), Larry Young (Astronauts in Trouble), and Ted Naifeh (Gloom Cookie) as well as quite a handful of us non-published masses will be there. There'll be an open bar, but no pressure to drink if you don't want to (joked about not drinking? sure.
