I've just found out that WHIO is inaccessible. I'm on the case, and hopefully this will be fixed soon.Gosh, just when I thought the problems were finally over...------------------

I have had no problem accessing it from "Rouges".
Could it be that this is confined to NetScrape, which we know to be "buggier than a Dungheap"?

It was a Keenspace problem, related to the move to their new server farm. It's supposed to be fixed now although I think their performance is still occasionally wobbly. As for Netscape, I do think all versions 4 and above are dreadful. But it doesn't generate 404s of its own accord.------------------
