Does he have a nose? Or did he just have a massive nose-job which took it off and replaced it with a band-aid for good measure?

That is a good question.
He doesn't have a nose. The band-aids are to cover the whole in his face.
Perhaps I will explore the reasons for his lack of nose within a comic. He either cut it off himself in one of his worse hallucinogenic trances, or he had an accident of some kind. Or maybe he was born that way.
