i was just wondering what inspired you to draw? everyone has something that inspires them to have such a passion for art. And do your characters resemble people you know? or just from pure imagination?

I started drawing at about the same age as all kids start to draw, as soon as I could hold a pencil. I'm not really sure what made me keep drawing. I just liked doing it. Maybe because I'm not very outgoing, and I didn't have many friends, that I entertained myself by drawing.
Now I draw because I really enjoy creating things, new creatures and new worlds.<P>The characters in Space Losers are all mostly based on different parts of my personality (though not always deliberately). I guess the bad guys are pretty much every jerk I ever met, and maybe parts of what I don't like about myself. I dunno.
In other comics, the characters are based somewhat on some people I know. But I think, for the most part, I just make them up.
Hope I answered that in a satisfactory way. If not, ask me something else. Maybe I'll get it right eventually.
