I'm underway on deployment currently in Japan right now (Fukuoka). Leaving tomorrow. We are scheduled to stop by Laem Chabang, Thailand in April. What I'ld like to know is what there is to do there. Also, if any of you want to meet up that would be cool. I forget who lives in Thailand, Lulu maybe? Anyway, gimme some suggestions as long as they aren't illeagal . I was thinking of a nice warm massage or something.

Go here. it's heaven on earth. Awesome accommodations steps from the beach on an awesome island in the middle of the Aegean Sea. I went to Santorini twice in a year because I loved it so much. Thira makes more sense in the off-season though.

That place looks amazing. Now I'll have even more motivation to get a decent internship for the summer - airfare isn't cheap.
Looks like I'll be there on the 9th APR for a couple days. If you would like to show a couple USN sailors around that would be cool. I'll even spring for drinks and food. Send me a PM If you want to meet up somewhere Lulu. Only thing is, I will have 1 or 2 other people with me as liberty buddies. Its safer that way in foriegn ports.
I understand if you are busy, just thought it would be cool to chum around for a day or so.
Oh ya, if you can recommend any decent hotels I could get a room and get off the ship fopr a couple days. I've forgotten what carpetting looks like and I wouldn't have to be in at 2am that way.

Ah, looks like I'm going to miss you, apparently I'll be in Germany on the 1st of April. It's a shame, I'd have loved to show you some bits and pieces.

And I'm postponing my Bangkok trip till june after realising that it costs too much. I'll spend the week in april when I don't have any classes working on a building site for my father and earning enough money to go to bangkok and maybe germany too.
