Nah, A shitload of (Mostly American and British)morons more concerned with RAAAAGEing and looking down on Australia "Oh, those crazy Australians, with their crazy laws, like decriminalising homosexuality when it's still a crime in parts of the US" than actually getting their facts straight, and thus, still carry on about it a fair bit.

What the quoted section to do with small boobs was about is that it was/is ONE of the many criteria for assessing home-made, non-rated, non title 18 compliant, and otherwise not legally compliant porn as to if it might be child pornography or not, in assessing if or how the people making, distributing or consuming it would be pursued legally, if at all. The Sex party intentionally misquoted this to create outrage and for bumping their own popularity.

I mean, America has the Same sort of guidelines, and the Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 laws - but nobody makes a stink. We have the same deal, similar laws - we actually used the US laws as a model, in this case, with a few tweaks - and some wank-bags used it for their own little political popularity contest - with the side effect of Australia and her people looking like a bunch of Backwards, authoritarian and puritanical hicks in the eyes of the world. Ahhh, gotcha. Yeah, I would think that if a woman can provide valid proof that she is over 18, then the porn is legal. Makes sense that more dubious porn with no company backing it would be analyzed more critically.

Because that part isn't as news worthy. People get busted for CP all the time. But this is to my knowledge the first ever dead squid (or octopus) sex pic prosecution. As for being offended well, I think we're all pretty jaded here.

Incidentally, he apparently plead guilty recently.
