Help please with windoze

Because you people are the best, I am asking for help here.

Why is it, that when I got to 4chan windows explorer will crash sooner or later. No set time, just randomly from 2 min to 2 hours or so.

Also, why won't it autolog me on here anymore, despite the fact I pick that option every time I login.

For the second part, check and make sure you're not still going to Forums2.comicgenesis.com(I think that was the temp board address) from the switchover. There were a couple of other posters who had similar issues. Be sure to Flush your DNS Cache and update your bookmark/head to http://Forums.ComicGenesis.com and that SHOULD clear up the latter.

As for the former... I'm honestly not sure. Does Explorer crash for you at any other time? Do you have to be actively browsing 4chan for it to crash, or just visit it at all? What browser do you use?

IE crashes Windows constantly because it's tied to Windows Explorer. It's a known fact.

I fixed the not-logging-in problem by re-favorit-ing the page when I was logged in. Guess when I get back I'll try Firefox to see if it crashes in 4chan. 4chan and its like are the only ones that do this to me.

firefox + adblockplus + adblockplus filterset.g updater
and noscript if you don't mind manually allowing and denying websites

also flash block is nice for killing that whore of a bitch megaupload, 3 windows up that max my CPU...

also flash mute is nice for blocking browser sounds

I did try Firefox and it works well with 4chan. No hangs yet. I use Proximitron and I dont have that many problems with ads. The occasional pop-behind tho gets through.
