There is a very good reason for the comic's hiatus, if you'll read through the "Uncle Ghastly's Back in the Hospital" sticky at the top of the forums, it should cover most if not all of your questions.

I believe the last status report was that Ghastly's Ghastly Comic would never again exist in it's current form.
