Ooooh, David Warner as Lord Downey! I'd love to have this, and all the "Johnny and the ..." series on DVD ...

Well in the US seems alot of british stuff is making its way to dvd, One of my favorites, that I picked up last year about this time with a gift card from the boss, was Neverwhere. Mind the gap.

That is a most impressive dessert.
Almost a shame to eat such a masterpiece, but then why make art out of food if not to consume it?

Unless you have bittorrent which lets you watch both part 1 and part 2 early. Not being much a film buff I hadn't seen Marc Warren in anything else before, but if his other roles are done anywhere near as well as he does Mr. Teatime I'm going to have to start tracking down his movies like a crazed fanboy.

Having just seen The Hog Father it is indeed masterfully done. Obviously somethings differ from the book but it looks spectacular and the cast choices and acting is superb. David Jason is also really brilliant as Albert.

Also if you pay really close attention you will notice Terry Pratchet is in there too.
