Why she's wearing a 5.6mm bandolere when she's carrying a 7.62mm AK-47 is beyond me. Then again why the hell do two of them have 12 gage shotgun shell bandoleres when they're carrying AK-47s too. The one Unca G mentions would be my first choice if I had to pick one for an augmentation patient... Although it'd pretty much -have- to be silicone in either that case or the one Squiddy mentions. The profile just isn't really right for a saline bag. That wouldn't be out of the question, since the whole thing seems to absolutely be of European origin, but I still wouldn't bet a full hundred bucks on either of 'em.

In either case, the profile of the breast that's been acheived is far from a surgical ideal, and the discoloration around the nipple could very well be a combination of natural coloration, light, and JPEG compression loss.

So yeah... I'm certainly not saying for sure none of them have had work done, I'm just saying I wouldn't want to have to make a big bet on it. I did a -lot- of research on US legal methods and manufacturers before I had mine done, and none of these strike me as fool-proof open and shut cases.

So is there actually a safe augment for that part of the female anatomy? I'm just curiouse since I always said I woudnt get them untill there is a safe type to get. I havent done any research on the matter but am very curiouse.

My cousin had hers done, and according to her research, the saline bags are pretty damn safe. Honor, having had the process, would obviously know more.

Actually, our best information tells us silicone injection is safe. The incidence of connective tissue disorder isn't significantly higher in women with silicone intection breast augmentation than it is in women without.

Still, I'm much happier with saline, which is effectively 100% safe, outside of surgeon error during the augmentation process. Saline implants also require less scarring than pre-filled silicone implants, since the envelope can be inserted and placed empty and filled in once it's in place.

I ended up with Mentor brand smooth-round 350CC implants, slightly overfilled. I'm ridiculously happy with them, although at some point in the future, I plan to have a second surgery and alter them just a little bit more. (a little larger and a little closer together.) This is pretty common, actually... A huge percentage of women who have them done find that they want them just a little bit larger once everything settles into place.
