It also helps when you've got the Red Ball express running food, ammo, and fuel in 24X7
And B-17s pounding German industry in to submission
And the SAS and French Resistance hitting bridges and fuel dumps behind enemy lines

Actually, a vibrant sex life especially into old age can protect one from a myriad list of ailments. For some reason, it also boosts our immune system.
Maybe it's God's way of saying "Hump day and night y'all!"

I have considered using wrist-weights while wanking. Maybe if I stapled weights to my balls I could get some lifting going with my other hand while I'm at it.
You might want to talk to an expert at Qi Gong about the weighted balls thing. They're all over that stuff.
As for losing weight, I have found to my utter astonishment that the Weight Watchers points system actually works for me; I've dropped 34lbs in 11 weeks (from 394lbs down to 360lb). This is doubly surprising since I'd tried it once before and put
on 20 lbs. I suspect that I was simply ready to lose weight, and that the specifics of the diet are less important than the desire for it. IMAO, people usually have some psychological reason for gaining weight - I had several, I think - which has to be addressed first before they can lose weight. YMMV.

My way to lose weight:
Strip the paint of an entire room using only razor blades (because nothing else worked) and stretch it over a week.
This made my mussles a bit more defined.
FYF, my wife is 5'2"ish, ~130lbs and she thinks she is a fatass, but I think her curves are beautiful!

a handful of Katyushas doesn't hurt, either.

you shouldn't drink starbuck's anyway. largely due to thier overpriced caffine. they're like drug drealers who also deal in fancy gift items.

Yep, that's true.
I drank Starbucks coffee not brewed by starbucks without much milk... and it was really scary because I felt like the energizer bunny on amphetamines. I seirously felt like I was going to have a heart attack. It was like a bad trip... then again I've never done drugs so it's what I think it would be like.

BAWLS for me. tastes like fruity sprite, and two bottles gives you energy all day.

During the IT bubble, when I was working the standard 100 hour week, we used to brew coffee with this stuff called Water Joe, which is by the makers of jolt. One bottle already had as much caffiene as a couple of cups of coffee anyway.. god those were the DAYS. Being wired constantly, the good times.. the heart flutters.. mmmm

I have discovered Tai Bo at my local gym (which calls it "cardio kickboxing" so they don't get sued) and OMFG! If it doesn't kill me I'll be back to my wonderful flat tummy once again in no time at all. 8) And now I actually understand the hype. And to think I thought soccer and martial arts training wore me out...

A) At least according to my significant other, masturbation DOES help guys live longer. It helps avoid prostate cancer by ... well, keeping the bad stuff moving out of it. So I do my part for king and country and such
B) Since I switched to eating vegetarian and making sure I covered my food groups, I lost a lot of weight. That said, since losing my job and sitting on my ass at home, I've gained some back. But Tae-Bo RULES, other than I feel like I can't move the rest of the day!
