"Polly's Gone Home...The Future of Tentacle Rape!"

Ghastly, might I say that you are in fact a god among the billion other gods that exist in this little crust-covered mudball that we live on. (With no disrespect to the bearded guy up there either...No, I don't mean Santa Clause.)
First, kudos on actually doing shit when you have a virus. When I've got one of those things, I damn near become comatose. Either that or I start hallucinating with the fever and all. Hell, I wouldn't even think of masturbating at a time like that (...and I've gotta be pretty bad not to.) Then again...I'm short as all hell so it probably takes less time for the virus to spread.
Also, once again the shiny preview for "Polly's Gone Home" is in all it's glory here at GGC. I'm digging the whole coffee-style art you got going on. Although...with the prices of coffee around here I think I'd stick to acrylic. Anyhow, another thumbs up in that department.
I have only one slight question...do you really think a 3-a-week comic can be pulled off with the same quality that you're proposing? I mean, it looks awfully complicated and stuff, so maybe that's why you're starting it out early on. Who am I to question greatness after all?
At the end of my rant, all that is left is...why is Polly chopping off all the tentacle wires that need love? Granted it's hot, stingy, electric love...but it's love. I feel their pain...not really, but you get the point.
Enjoy your trip Ghastly-sama! You deserve it!

You know, when I read that title, I thought someone did a fanart of Polly being tentacle raped!
Reminds me of Ghastly's fanart of Molly the star racer. Last I checked that STILL hasn't been released.

I just have to say that it looks like this is going to be another Marilith, i.e. a successful switch to a more serious comic.
I'll never forgive the guy who does You Damn Kid. Once the Dad cheated on the Mom, the whole strip went to hell.

Okay, I already feel like the kid who waits 'til two minutes before school ends and whines, "Teacher, you didn't give us any homework!" Well, I'm already in hiding anyway...
With all the work that Ghastly is putting into
Poly's Gone Home -- both the months of pushy art improvement and the time it will take to make the comic -- shouldn't there be more money in it than ad boxes? I know that paid web sites are a huge turnoff, but with Ghastly's strong writing and great artwork, I know it would be worth it. Or, perhaps it could be an actual comic book (if there are English-based manga periodicals), which could later be sold in compilation books.
It's not that I have money to burn or want to see people deprived, but if you're putting tons of time and effort into something that everyone wants then
maybe it should be more profitable. Something this grand could be worthy of a bigger leap to a higher level.
I'll shut up about it now before someone decides to beat me up after school.

Polly's Gone Home will see print. It's being designed with print in mind right from the get go, unlike Ghastly's Ghastly Comic which never had print in mind (and is thus presented in dimensions that will not let it translate to any standard print formats).

I'm not normally moved to post on forums about webcomics, but I am looking forward to this.
The backdrop is very Brazilesque, in that Terry Gilliam way.

Is there any other way to be Brazillesque? without neon green thongs and Teleboobies?

You can be Brazilesque in a south american latino samba way

, or in a nutty and crunchy way.
You just know someone would have said it didn't look south american if I hadn't put that...
anyway, just saying I liked the look... keep up the good work Ghastly

Teliboobies.... As oposed to telitubbies.....
Telitubbies have tv screens in their tummies to amuse each other...
Teliboobies must just have bare chests or something!

Fear the dancing smiling banana!
Fear his evil ways!
We have no peanut butter for you, oh fruity Beelzebub.

I really like the line drawing in the preview of Polly. There are few things cuter than a cute girl with a gun and a mean look. Maybe that's why I like the intro of the Ghost in the Shell anime so much.
