Looking at the comic, I just realized that Jihad Jesus looks just like Josh Lesnick's self portrait from about 5, 6 years ago. Explains a lot.

If you view the first four (or so) comics in there you will see the resemblance.

Say, it's hard to recognize under all those robes, but is that Kiki or some other tentacle-loving nun?

I realize it's just a dark-complected brick in a coincidental position, but the nun on the far left looks like she's got an erection.
