So ... you put an eyepatch on your show dog, just for dress-up? Do you also use ear hoops or fake peg-legs or other pirate accessories? Do you dress Corky up as a British Naval Officer to go with Ginger's pirate outfit? You're starting to scare me here, CJ!

Corky has an elvis costume. But it's kind of big on him. It needs to be taken in.

nah, I just like brusing my dog's ego. Corky normally has on a bandana, and some of them are bright pink... I tell him the other dogs are laughing at him. Corky though is not photogenic, so he does hide when I whip out a camera... and If I do get a picture of him, he has that expression on his face, like I'm dipping his paws in Acid... and that's when he's not wearing any clothing.
I had to stop putting the bandana on him though, Ginger kept draging him around by it and I was afraid she was going to choke him.

This is one of the reasons I own cats. They don't stand for playing dress-up. Not that I'm down on doggie dress-up mind you. If you want your dog in a sweater and matching hat, then by all means, clothe your dog. Hell, the Elvis costume brings to mind plenty of "Hound dog" references, but it's just not for me.
Now octopus dress-up..

All Freya, my rottie-sheppard cross, ever wears is her bandana with my household heraldry on it, and only that at SCA events.
Thurston, my housemate's russle, on the other hand... We just got him this little leather jacket from the puppy shop. He looks -so- kewl in it !!
Our joint custody Shiba Inu, has so far escaped clothing altogether...

What? You ALL dress up your animals? I knew you all were lovers of cartoon-based stereotypical tentacle-porn-humor, but I never suspected you were perverts!
Okay, okay, I'm sorry, I was just joking. Put down the whips, chains and tentacles.
Now, what's the name of the Japanese art of making costumes for the penis? And is there a correlation?

I'll have to agree... not only because it was clever and had a double meaning... but because I know it is....
