Kat, you're thinking of a Colleen Bottle. A Klien Bottle has the neck twisted so it feeds back into it's self. A Colleen Bottle is a bottle that's had it's neck twisted up a woman's ass.

I think GGC is too explicit to be PG-13. On the other hand, NC-17 makes it sound so vile. Let's just not give it a rating so that we may all bask in its moral ambiguity.
