Me too, but I would stop watching the moment the phrases "Inverse Tachyon Pulse" or "Space-Time Continuium" (sp?) were used.

Enterprise was GREAT till the first fucking time travel episode..
Talk about jumping the fucking shark.
there are alot of plot holes in it too. Makes me sad to watch and spot them.

I've never eve heard of Lone Gunman. When did it come out?

If you guys like Science Fiction, a great author to check out is Lisanne Norman. She has this series of books "Sholan Alliance" that is a really good read. My mom hates Sci-Fi, and she fought me for the books . . . First book in the series is "Turning Point". Basically it deals with Humanity reaching it's first off world colony, and entering inter-species relations on multiple levels. They meet a lizard race bent on ruling the universe (what else is new), and a race of felines too. That's just in the first book. Check it out if you enjoy a Sci-Fi romantic fiction erotic thriller.

Sci-Fi romantic fiction erotic thriller? now that sounds like my kind of book.

1999? hmmm I'm not sure why I haven't heard of it then. I was still in high school at that time. I was very much in love with my TV still. Had it come out in the end of 2000 or the first half of 2001, I would say I hadn't heard of it because I was overseas, watching Thai and Japanese Game Shows.

Oh yes, the pilot episode which will never, ever, ever stand a chance of being shown on television again.

I'm pretty sure I saw every episode of The Lone Gunmen.

Now that Ghastly's being all enigmatic and all, I'll save everyone the search on the internet.

Long story short: The pilot episode involved a government plot to crash a plane into the World Trade Center to start a war. This was in 1999 or thereabouts.

Any questions?

ha ha i got the pilot on tape, and a good portion of the actual episodes for that matter, but i agree about the miserable decision to kill them off.

They went out with a bang, but some characters are meant to outlive the series, and they were examples of that.

rahter than making a new thread, I'll just put this in here....
Subject: Please help right away -- we've got to stick together

Dear friend,

Congress is about to vote on amending the U.S. Constitution to deny marriage equality to same-sex couples.

Never before has our Constitution been amended to take away anyone's rights. Yet our Senators will vote on this amendment in the next 48 hours.

It's urgent that we speak up now. This hateful divisiveness has no place in America. Please join me in saying so, at:

http://www.moveon.org/unitednotdivided/

Equality in marriage is the civil rights issue of our generation. We can't let anyone, or any group, be singled out for discrimination based on who they are or who they love.

Thank you.

I was given the phone numbers of my two "beloved" senators and I am going to call and harrass them during my lunch break.

Here here!

I too have contacted my representitives.. however, as is the case every time I write them, I get the following form letter:
Dear Mr. Squiddy,

Thank you for taking the time to write to the office of Kay Bailey Hutchenson (R. Texas).
We value your opinion, and are happy to know that so many of our beloved Texas residents stand behind Senator Hutchenson's desicsions.

At this time, the Sentator has no strong opinion on the subject of your letter.

We hope to count on your support next election, and urge you to contact us if you have any additional comments.
Every damn time I get that. No matter what I write, no matter how formal, informal, agreeing or disagreeing, same damn form letter.

I'm tempted to draw a tentacle monster raping a woman in a business skirt in crayon and send it with the note: "Sentator Hutchenson, my son sends his warmest regards and this picture he calls "Form Letter Lady Meets Tentacoo Wape"

Well, there was Prohibition, but fortunately it didn't last too long. ;)

Find your senators at http://www.senate.gov/ and also look up your district's representative at http://www.house.gov/ . When there is time, I always send snail-mail with my views since it shows a little more effort than an e-petition (and that I'm willing to spend the 37
