Until about a year and a half ago, when I first entered the hole, I never heard of the Junk as a euphamism for penis. Previously I had either heard of or immediately "got" the others. (Figuratively, as I am neither male nor tentacle monster)

And on topic I suspect that not even ghastly himself knows which one has the penis!

Don't forget that to some deities any and all sex is considered a sacrement, although with good aligned deities it would preclude nonconsensual sex.
