Mew, the muffin finds onanism works perfectly. `` (Damned if I know why it's called that, cuz Onan dumped his load, not masturbated.)

I still want a cute naked Chinese girl though. :3
A catboy is fine too. And I dancedancedance and I dancedancedance!

I am becoming a music voyeur thanks to the what are you listening to thread, and a thread on music with a sci-fi theme on another message board. I want to know what other people are listening to. Maybe cause in Detroit ClearChannel has officially killed decent radio stations. BTW when we start that revolution against the corporate overlords, ClearChannel needs to be one of the first we destroy.

*snip* I confess that I don't want sex without love, but I also don't want to fall in love overseas and get my heart broken when I leave to come back, but I also don't want to go without sex for ANOTHER year...
The problem with getting the Hep immunizations is that if you get them annually (lets say you work in the medical field), is that eventually you >will< test positive for Hep, even though it's a false positive from the level of antibodies in your system.

As for sex without love... that's an absolutely wonderful mindset (and I fully support it), but as you noted, not very practical for your mission to have your bones pleasantly jumped before another year passes.

I myself am not a 'casual' person. I want a bond of some sort, even if its as simple as "hey, we sorta click together"... a similarity on a, well for lack of a better word, spiritual level that comes with comfort and familiarity. What if you try for, let's say, "no sex without friendship"?

And if you fall in love, and your heart breaks because you have to leave... is that so much worse than to have never fallen in love: to have your heart race at a simple touch, a word, a glance? To walk on air, to thrill at the scent of your other? To anticipation and joy? Even for a short while? I'm a hopeless romantic, and firmly believe in the old saw "it is better to have loved and lost than never to have lost at all." Who knows, you might start a fire burning in a man so wonderful, that distance and an ocean will be meaningless to you both.

Er... yeah. What Churba so eloquently quoted in under 30 words (big ups to Eden Ahbez & Nat King Cole)... I agree with that!

It was either that or W. H. Auden -

"For the error bred in the bone
Of each woman and each man
Craves what it cannot have,
Not universal love
But to be loved alone."

I confess that I laughed harder at Aeridus' last confession, coming on the heels of the previous conversation as it was, than it properly deserved.

I confess that I'm going to drink a half bottle of wine now, despite being as drunk as I'd planned to be tonight already, because I'd rather drink far too much tonight than let $2 worth of wine go to waste for having been left untouched too many nights after being uncorked.

I confess that I'm so reticent to get close to someone that I'll let a chance at love slip on past, or even push it away. I suppose that'd put me on the other side of the "is it better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all?" question in action, though not in theory.

I confess that I spend quite a bit of time rereading my posts to see if I like the sentance structure, usually decide there are too many comma splices and run on sentances, and having done that, leave it as it is anyway.
The Giggling Gallows, spend your last breath laughing.

I confess I dance to Rammstein.
The gospel preacher, the hostile teacher/The face of God with an impostor's features
This is the prophecy - the cult leader/The people's temple, the holy ground, the war compound
Four-pound to rifles, disciples, the holy idles/Supreme truth, the cult leader with the green tooth
The multi-millionaire with a stare that can freeze troops/I program people to kill
The motiviational speaker, my words cause people to feel/It's mind control, let the cult leader guide your soul
Open up your eyes to the lies he told/The general, the chief, I be the political pioneer
The cult leader, you can believe in me, I am here/Bless the children, take you under my wing, shelter
Helter Skelter, this is it, you can't kill me I'll exist forever. Cult Leader!

Du..................

Du hast!

That song makes me want to kill people and break things.
"Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed... every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death
It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle...when the sun comes up, you'd better be running."

I confess that I was rather tempted to go out and pick up some razor blades today.

...I didn't give in.

...I confess that the fact that I have 24 cents in my purse and less than 16 dollars in my bank account may have had a lot to do with that fact.
