That's not so bad, I saw worse on the TV last night. Some cosmetic surgery show, it showed this guy having an operation on his penis called "neurotomy", a cure for premature ejaculation, basically they pulled the skin down and cut a load of nerves out of it, sewed the skin back on and then circumsised him to top it all off. The best part was that it was using local anesthetic but he couldn't see what they were doign so he was grinning through the whole thing!
