I saw that the EZ Board forum was mostly inactive, and it looked like everyone was posting here...
Anyway, I stumbled on Pantheon through a Keenspace profile banner and started scanning through the archive. I loved the "Even in Arcadia" crossover, I haven't read Rouges of Clwyd-Rhan, is it fairly normal for Kel to be roaming about in the nude?
In general the idea of the various Gods of the world running into each other (especially Christianity and the Olympian Gods) is something I have thought needed to be seen for quite a while, especially the presentation of Christianity as mythology. In this enviroment of ever increasing evangelical insanity here in America, it's nice to see someone taking the Bible as myth, not the utter and honest Truth(tm)
Which does sort of beg the question: How much in the way of hatemail have you gotten over this comic? I've always found it amusing to see the amount of stupidity there is in the world, especially in the name of Jesus.
Anyway, keep up the good work!
So, this is the forum everyone is hanging out in right?

This one's for me...jay042 wrote: Anyway, I stumbled on Pantheon through a Keenspace profile banner and started scanning through the archive. I loved the "Even in Arcadia" crossover, I haven't read Rouges of Clwyd-Rhan, is it fairly normal for Kel to be roaming about in the nude?
Yes, it happens quite a lot, and as a result of being raised by the faeries, she often doesn't realise it. This time, though, she really couldn't help it.

Rouges! :D
Hi, Jay!
I've heard there's a Sandman (Neil Gaiman) comic where the gods all meet up, and it certainly happens in American Gods (read that if you haven't, it's very good, also by Neil Gaiman.)
But I can't think of anything else that grabbed all the gods, dumped them together and said "now, play nicely" that I read before I created Pantheon.
As for hatemail, I'm sad to say I don't think I've had one. So the evangelists are keeping right away. The closest thing I've had to hatemail was loud disapproval of my Rincewind/Vetinari slash on a Discworld mailing list after I was foolish enough to suggest one slash-friendly reader check it out.
Good to see this forum's getting back on its feet after the Ezboard and his popup friends (as Gilda called it the other day) kind of chased everyone away.
